Spindex™ Ink Pumps have been specifically designed for use with plastisol inks for the screen printing industry. They are available in 1 gallon and 5 gallon sizes. The 1 gallon units are available to exactly fit a particular ink manufacturers container and must be specified when ordering. The 5 gallon units fit all standard 5 gallon polyethylene containers.


All pumps come with a latching system to secure the pump lid to the ink container, a silicone rubber follower, an adjustable pump lever, a 16" (40 cm) flex-tube and the Spindex™ nozzle.


Standard Spindex™ Ink Pumps are capable of dispensing
plastisols within a viscosity range of 100,000 to 300,000 cps


The adjustable pump lever enables the user to control the
pressure and volume.


The flex tube allows the user to place the nozzle exactly
where it is needed.


The standard Spindex™ nozzle will dispense to an accuracy
of 0.1 gram with no drip. It is a variable flow nozzle that
will "clip" the ink and suck back the drip.
